Waze. Outsmarting Traffic, Together
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has partnered with the mobile application WAZE to get drivers real time information.
WAZE is a community based traffic and navigation app that lets drivers share traffic conditions and road closures saving other drivers time.
"Reports include things like accidents or a car stopped on the shoulder or something that's obstructing the roadway,” said Elizabeth Schneider, freeway operations manager. “Even weather hazards can be included and shared by users."

Not easy to set up an account

I had a problem with the Google Smart Lock save password because they give their own password. But, if you hit "Never" then it takes you out of the sign up mode and to the "settings" menu.
Click on the Gear icon upper left.

It is unclear what the "Tap to Add" means. Does it mean tap it now to add your info or tap it later to add another profile or tap it after you are done entering to save the info?
Put in info.
There is nothing to indicate that the account is registered.
Click the Back arrow at the top left of the screen
"Are you sure?" yes
That registers the account.
